Easy Halloween Bat Branches
This weekend we decorated for Halloween and the house is looking pretty spooky. If you’re anything like me, the thought of holiday cleanup after the fact is always at the forefront of mind so I try to keep things easy and simple.
These bat branches are beyond easy and really require minimal effort. I simply tied cut pieces of satin black ribbon around branches and used white puffy paint to make the eyes. The branches are willow branches that were already around the house.
Side note: does anyone else have a dedicated pair of scissors to fabric and ribbon? If you don’t, you should! It’s a major life changer.
I used 5/8″ black stain ribbon but you could use any width or a different texture. I used a variety of lengths as well.
A fun and easy Halloween decorating idea for kids and adults alike. Tie them to a few skewers and you’ve got a great cake topper as well.
